Basecamp — The Climb of Your Life

A Living Community

The climb of
your life.

A living community for becoming your best self — through deeper connection and amplified self-awareness.

01A Living Community

A community you stay connected to — for every season of life.

Basecamp is an ongoing ecosystem of growth, belonging, support, and real relationship — a place to build a sustainable foundation for being your best self more often: emotionally, relationally, physically, spiritually, and professionally. Where most programs are built on fixing what is broken, Basecamp is built on liberating what is already whole. We believe your best self is already there. The work is simply removing what stands in the way.

The Heart of Basecamp

Human beings heal, grow, and thrive more effectively in conscious community.

  • 01Growth is relational.
  • 02Isolation weakens people.
  • 03Real community requires participation.
  • 04Sustainable integration happens over time.
  • 05No one climbs alone.

No one climbs alone.

02Entering Basecamp

Built through resonance, not recruitment.

Basecamp grows primarily through trusted referrals and real human connection. Here is how most people first find their way in.

01

An Invitation

Most people arrive through a trusted referral — invited by an existing member who senses a genuine fit.

02

A Community Dinner

Held every 6–7 weeks: shared meals, honest conversation, and a chance to experience the spirit of Basecamp firsthand.

03

Resonance

No selling. No pressure. Just a feeling of alignment with the people, the conversations, and the culture.

“No selling. No pressure. Just resonance.”

03The Foundational Experience

Everyone begins with the same base training.

All new participants start with the 6-Month Foundational Program — the shared experience that creates the common language, relational framework, and cultural foundation of Basecamp.

09What Participants Are Saying

Connection, in their words.

I was unsure what Basecamp's group dynamic would feel like, but I quickly discovered that the highly-curated community of strangers — drawn from diverse geographies, demographics, and industries — is the heart of the experience. Don't be surprised if you discover more real, trusting, deeply human connection in your first three months of Basecamp than you have in the decade leading up to it. I did.

Get in Touch

Both. Everyone begins with the 6-Month Foundational Program, and from there Basecamp becomes an ongoing ecosystem of growth, belonging, and real relationship — a community you stay connected to, in whatever way fits your season of life.

Basecamp grows through trusted referrals and real human connection. Most people first experience it by being invited by an existing member or attending one of our community dinners, held every 6–7 weeks. No selling, no pressure — just resonance.

It is the shared 'base training' for the community — the Seven Life Gauges, relational and communication practices, self-awareness development, reflection and accountability, group connection, and the philosophy and culture of Basecamp. Cohorts are kept small at 4–6 participants.

Relationship with Self, Health & Fitness, Finances, Friends & Family, Profession/Career, Primary Partnership/Romance, and Community. They are a framework for awareness, alignment, and sustainable growth across the whole of your life.

Members formally welcomed into the community receive a symbolic Basecamp carabiner — a marker of commitment, belonging, shared responsibility, and the understanding that no one climbs alone. Membership is an invitation, extended when the fit feels mutual — a shared sense of alignment between you and the community.

After the foundational experience, graduates stay connected through Grad Pods: High Rhythm Pods (facilitated, twice monthly), Light Rhythm Pods (facilitated, every six weeks), and peer-led Circle Pods organized around shared experiences. There is no single 'correct' level of engagement.

Every 90 days, members reflect on a single question: 'What season am I in right now?' You may lean in deeply, stay lightly connected, pause when needed, or re-engage later — different forms of support for different seasons of life.

Basecamp is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and all contribution levels are offered as suggested sliding-scale donations. The Foundational Program is $3,500–$5,000; ongoing participation ranges from $50 to $300 per month. Scholarships, partial scholarships, and service-based contributions are available so cost never decides who belongs.

Urgent Care is available to all members at any time. During crisis, loss, major transitions, health challenges, or simply a difficult season, members can reach out directly to Jeff, James, or other member volunteers. No one in Basecamp goes through hard moments alone.

Not perfection — but awareness, responsibility, growth, repair, integrity, and a willingness to practice healthy relationship together. Healthy community requires self-awareness, accountability, emotional maturity, clear communication, and a willingness to repair when rupture occurs.
